Revive, relax and unwind. Spend the day at Herb House and choose two holistic treatments to calm both the mind and body, designed to help reduce stress, restore balance and leave you feeling refreshed and revived from the inside out.

Rejuvenate; Relax in our pools, detox in the forest sauna and steam room and then take to our roof top gym for a workout. The choice is yours.

Recharge; Enjoy feel-good food from Raw & Cured which includes two grazing dishes, three fresh juices or hot drinks throughout the course of the day.

Reconnect; Reconnect in the tranquil beauty of the New Forest. Reflect from either our Herbaceous roof garden, the indoor hydrotherapy pool with expansive views out into the woodland. Alternatively, totally immerse yourself with a walk through the forest.

Opt for either 'Full Availability' which is available to book Monday - Sunday or 'Midweek Availability' which is bookable Monday - Friday, subject to availability. 

To maintain the serenity and calm of Herb House, day spa packages are subject to availability. We regret that we cannot accept spa day bookings for more than 4 people. Once initially redeemed any outstanding amounts cannot be transferred to a future visit.
